Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (October 2):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps, The Chinese Rhenish Church Hong Kong Synod and Against Child Abuse Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
