The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (September 21) that since the waters off Clear Water Bay First Beach and Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung District are now suitable for swimming, the red flags have been lowered.
The red flags were hoisted at the beaches after red tides were found.
