Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (September 18):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Aged Concern Limited, The Mongkok Kai-Fong Association Limited and Hong Kong Women Development Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
