Other major amendments include the designation of non-building areas and building gaps to facilitate air ventilation, rezoning a strip of land at Shek Ku Lung Road Playground and Prince Edward Road East to "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Landscaped Elevated Walkway", to enhance the pedestrian walkway between Tung Tau area with Kai Tak, as well as rezoning the section of Kai Tak Nullah within the planning scheme area to "Open Space (1)" and "Undetermined", pending results of the review of its future use.

The draft Wang Tau Hom and Tung Tau OZP No. S/K8/20, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during normal office hours at the secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, Kowloon District Planning Office and Wong Tai Sin District Office.
