Town Planning Board Guidelines revised (TPB PG-No. 34B)

     The revised Town Planning Board (TPB) Guidelines on Renewal of Planning Approval and Extension of Time for Compliance with Planning Conditions for Temporary Use or Development were promulgated today (September 8).

     To ensure the TPB can take into account the latest planning circumstances pertaining to an application for renewal of temporary planning permission, a new paragraph has been added to the revised guidelines (TPB PG-No. 34B) specifying that an application for renewal of planning permission for temporary use should not be submitted more than four months before the expiry of the original temporary approval.

     The revised guidelines (TPB PG-No. 34B) are now available at the secretariat of the TPB at 15/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong (tel: 2231 4810 or 2231 4835) and the TPB's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
