Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (September 4):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. 1st Step Association Limited, Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association and Neighbourhood and Worker's Education Centre Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
