The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, in his capacity as the Honorary Chairperson of the Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic and Cultural Co-operation and Promotion Council arrived in Taiwan today (August 28) to kick off his four-day visit with a view to fostering exchanges between the two places.
