Mourning for HK victims killed in Manila hostage incident (with photos/video)

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, together with principal officials, observed three minutes of silence at Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai this morning (August 26) to mourn for the Manila hostage victims.
