The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) flags at all HKSAR government offices will continue to be flown at half-mast tomorrow (August 25) and the day after tomorrow (August 26) as a token of mourning for victims of the hostage incident in Manila yesterday (August 23), a government spokesman announced.
