New District Officer for Kwai Tsing assumes office (with photo)

     Mr Alan Lo Ying-ki will assume the post of District Officer (Kwai Tsing) tomorrow (August 23).

     Mr Lo joined the Administrative Service of the Government in 1993. He has served in various bureaux and departments, including the former City and New Territories Administration, the former Planning, Environment and Lands Branch, the former Economic Services Bureau, the former Financial Services Bureau, and the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau.

     His last posting was as Principal Assistant Secretary for Security.
