Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 21):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Spring Blossom Project Foundation, The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong and Kwai Tsing Safe Community and Healthy City Association will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
