Appeal for information on abandoned baby girl (with photos)

Police are anxious to locate the next of kin of a baby girl who was found abandoned in Sheung Shui this afternoon (August 18).
About 3pm, Police received a report that a baby girl was found sitting in a baby stroller inside North District Park.
The baby girl is about 13-month-old and standing about 0.61 meters tall. She was wearing white clothes with flower pattern and orange vest. The baby girl carried no identity document.
Police urged the relatives of the baby girl or anyone who has information to offer to contact the duty officer of Sheung Shui Police Station on 2675 6364.
