Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Hung Hom this morning (August 18) in which an 88-year-old woman was killed.
At 8.42am, a coach driven by a 46-year-old man was travelling along south on Wing Kwong Street. Outside 35 Wing Kwong Street, it hit the 88-year-old woman.
The woman sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where she was certified dead at 9.07am.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon West are under way.
