Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 7):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong AIDS Foundation Limited, the Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association and The Federation of New Territories Youth Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
