The following is issued on behalf of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority:
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) wishes to alert members of the public in Hong Kong to two fraudulent websites with the domain names "www.dah-sing.net" and "dah-sing.net". The websites look similar to the official website of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (Dah Sing Bank). Dah Sing Bank has clarified that it has no connection with the fraudulent websites.
Dah Sing Bank has reported the case to the Hong Kong Police Force for further investigation. Anyone who has provided personal information to the websites or has conducted any financial transactions through the websites should contact Dah Sing Bank at 2507 8000 and any local Police Station or the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force at 2860 5012.
