The Hospital Authority announces that its evening clinics will close tonight following the issue of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal by the Hong Kong Observatory. Out-patients are advised to make a new appointment after the cancellation of the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. Accident and Emergency services at hospitals will operate as normal.
