The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. L L C S (Hong Kong) Limited, Kwun Tong Methodist Social Service and Fanling Assembly of God Church, Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
