The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, Sai Kung District Council and Sai Kung restaurant groups have been working together to create a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by the Hong Kong National Geopark. The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Edward Yau (second right), sampled the dishes in a restaurant in Sai Kung with some 40 guests today (July 16). They were amused by the similarities between the gourmet dishes and geological features.   Close
