Police are investigating a suspicious body found case in which a suspected male body was dumped inside a suitcase in Pat Heung this morning (July 11) .
About 7.20am, a female passer-by reported that a suitcase with odd smell was found on Kam Tin Road near Tsat Sing Kong in Pat Heung. Police arrived at the scene and found that a suspected male body was inside. After initial investigation, the case was found to be suspicious.
Post-mortem examination will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death of the body. Active investigations by Regional Crime Unit of New Territories North are underway.
