Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 10):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Barnabas Charitable Service Association Limited, Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps and Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
