CS to visit Sichuan and Shanghai

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will depart for Chengdu on June 28 to participate in the "Passing on the Torch: Affection for Sichuan" National Education Exchange Programme. He will then leave for Shanghai on June 29 to attend a reception and a ceremony at the Hong Kong Pavilion of the Shanghai Expo to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong on July 1. During his absence, the Secretary for Education, Mr Michael Suen, will be acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
