Appeal for information on abandoned baby girl (with photo)

Police are anxious to locate the next-of-kin of a baby girl who was found abandoned in Mong Kok today (June 23).
A man said he assisted a couple to send the baby girl to Kwong Wah Hospital at about 7.25am in the junction of Shanghai Street and Arygle Street.
The baby girl was wrapped in a towel with rabbit pattern. She has no apparent injuries.
She is a newborn baby, with the umbilical cord attached.
Police urge relatives of the baby, or anyone who has information to offer, to contact the investigating officers of the Mong Kok District at 2398 6200 or any police station.
