Hongkong Post announced today (June 23) that as advised by China Post, due to severe flooding caused by torrential downpours, postal services in the southern part of the Mainland will be affected and there will be delays in mail delivery services (including Speedpost), especially in the regions of Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hunan, Jiangxi and Sichuan.
