| The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, today (June 21) held a press conference to announce the Executive Council's approval-in-principle to accept the "one-person-two-votes" proposal from the Democratic Party for returning the five new functional constituency seats in 2012, and to implement this proposal at the local legislation level.
