The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) today (June 15) published the June 2010 issue of its Quarterly Bulletin.
This Quarterly Bulletin carries a feature article on the implications of a renminbi appreciation for inflation in Hong Kong. The article analyses the effects of a renminbi appreciation on Hong Kong's inflation through changes in import prices, aggregate demand, and liquidity conditions and asset prices.
The Bulletin also carries regular articles on the global and local economy, and the banking and monetary environment during the first quarter of 2010.
