Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (June 12):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Joint Council of Parents of the Mentally Handicapped, Tsz Kwong Community Service Link and New Territories Association of Societies (Community Services) Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
