Appeal for information on missing girl in Tuen Mun (with photo)

     Police today (June 8) appealed to the public for information on a girl missing in Tuen Mun.

     Kan Ping-fung, aged 15, went missing after she left a beach on Castle Peak Road - Castle Peak Bay in the afternoon on May 26. A report was made to the Police on the same day.

     She is about 1.56 metres tall and weighs about 45 kg. She is of medium build and has a round face, with yellow complexion, long straight black hair and a star-shaped tattoo on the back of her right hand. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with flower-patterned shorts and slippers.

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing girl or who may have seen her is urged to contact Regional Missing Persons Unit of Hong Kong Island at 2860 1045 or any police station.
