Police today (June 7) jointly charged five men with one count of conspiracy to shoot or attempt to shoot, or wound or strike with intent to do grievous bodily harm in suspected connection with a case in which a pistol was seized in Sham Shui Po last Saturday (June 5).
Officers of Organised Crime and Triad Bureau raided a cafe at Lai Kok Shopping Centre last Saturday. During the operation, officers arrested five men, aged between 36 and 50, and seized a pistol with seven rounds of ammunition.
The five men were jointly charged with one count of conspiracy to shoot or attempt to shoot, or wound or strike with intent to do grievous bodily harm and will appear at the Kowloon City Magistrateˇ¦s Courts tomorrow (June 8) morning.
