CE mourns departure of Archibald Chan

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, expressed profound sadness at the death of Mr Archibald Chan today (May 31).
¡§I have known Mr Chan for more than thirty years. He had outstanding leadership and management skills and was fully committed to public services. He made tremendous contribution to the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force as its Commandant. On behalf of the Government and the public, I offer my deepest condolences to Mrs Chan and her family,¡¨ Mr Tsang said.
