Kwun Tong No.3 alarm fire roundup

A No.3 alarm fire broke out at Tak Lung Industrial Building, 179 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong yesterday (May 22). A unit of about 24m x 26m used as indoor rock climbing facilities on 13/F was damaged.
The fire broke out at 11.08pm last night and was upgraded to No.3 alarm at 12.08am today (May 23). It was put out at 4.15am.
Firemen used six jets and mobilised six breathing apparatus teams to fight the blaze.
A fireman was injured and sent to United Christian Hospital for medical treatment.
No suspicious circumstances were detected about the cause of the fire.
