Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tuen Mun this evening (May 20) in which a 61-year-old man was killed.
About 7.55pm, the 61-year-old man was riding a bicycle along Tong Hang Road towards Yuen Long. After turning right into Po Wah Garden, the bicycle reportedly passed a speed ramp and then rammed into a fence nearby. The man later fell onto the round and lost his consciousness.
He was rushed to Tuen Mun Hospital where he was certified dead at 8.52pm.
Investigated by the Special Investigation Team, Traffic New Territories North, are under way.
