FS officiates at Hong Kong Design Centre Exhibition opening in Shanghai (with photos/video)

The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, officiates at the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Design Centre's "Hong Kong: Creative Ecologies - Business, Living, Creativity" Design Exhibition today (May 15).
