Members of the public are welcome to visit a two-day exhibition on the Employment Ordinance and Family-friendly Employment Practices, organised by the Labour Department in Fanling starting tomorrow (May 15).
The exhibition will feature the main provisions of the Employment Ordinance, Family-friendly Employment Practices, rights and benefits of foreign domestic helpers, differences between an employee and a self-employed person, and the use of written employment contracts. Related publications and souvenirs will also be distributed.
The exhibition will be held on the ground floor, Avon Mall, Fanling, New Territories, from 11am to 6pm. Admission is free.
