The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, today (May 11) visited the Eastern District to have a better understanding of the welfare facilities there. Picture shows Mr Tsang visiting the New Jade Manufacturing Centre which provides a series of integrated vocational rehabilitation services for formerly mentally ill persons. The centre, located at the New Jade Shopping Arcade in Chai Wan, is run by the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong.   Close
