Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, at a media session in Shanghai this afternoon (April 30):

Reporter: Would you talk with President Hu anything about political reform or the upcoming by-election?

Chief Executive: I've not got any chance to talk to him on serious subjects of this kind. I'm merely being invited together with my colleagues as well as the colleagues of the Macao SAR to have a photograph with him.
