Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (April 17):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Saint Barnabas' Society and Home, Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children and Pok Oi Hospital will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
