The Returning Officers of the five geographical constituencies for the 2010 Legislative Council by-election have ruled that the nominations of 24 individuals as candidates in the by-election are valid.
The names of all the validly nominated candidates and their candidate numbers determined by drawing of lots were published in the Gazette today (April 16). The valid nominations are as follows:
