Police are investigating a traffic accident in North Point this afternoon (April 8) in which a 32-year-old man was killed.
About 4.30 pm, a motorcycle driven by the 32-year-old man was travelling along westbound King's Road. When reaching near 898 King's Road, it reportedly hit a bus driven by a 35-year-old man travelling in front of it.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was sent to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital where he was certified dead at 5.35 pm.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Hong Kong Island, are under way.
