The Education Bureau (EDB) will organise a seminar on the New Senior Secondary (NSS) academic structure on April 30 (Friday) for parents of non-Chinese speaking students.
The seminar, to be conducted in English, will provide an opportunity for the parents to further understand the NSS subject combination and multiple pathways for NSS students.
Topics to be covered in the seminar include NSS subject choices, local and international recognition of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, Vocational Training Council programmes, tertiary education opportunities, university admission and career pathways.
The seminar will be held between 7pm and 9pm on April 30 at Delia Memorial School (Hip Wo), 221, Hip Wo Street, Kwun Tong. Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. For registration, please browse the EDB website at (www.edb.gov.hk/parentstalks_e).
