The Hong Kong Observatory will conduct talks on "Weather and Everyday Life" in late April to strengthen public preparedness for disasters. Topics include the weather elements affecting everyday life as well as warnings issued by the Observatory. The talk will be followed by a hands-on session with interactive web applications for monitoring weather systems and games to enhance the public's knowledge and interest in the weather. The talks are scheduled as follows.
