STH visited private uncompleted show flats (with photos)

The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Ms Eva Cheng, today (March 22) visited the show flats of two private uncompleted flats to see how comprehensive and accurate developers are in providing information on completed flats to prospective flat buyers through show flats. The Transport and Housing Bureau is exploring further measures to strengthen the regulation of the sale of first-hand uncompleted private residential flats, including strengthening the regulation of show flats.
