The Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service (BTS) appeals to the public to donate blood this Easter holiday and save lives with their love.
As a gesture of appreciation, donors giving blood during the Easter period, from March 24 to April 11, will be presented with a cute "Love Tumbler Holder" which signifies the love of Hong Kong people in supporting blood donation. For service hours of Blood Donor Centres during the Easter holiday, please call the BTS hotline at 2710 1234 or visit its website, www.ha.org.hk/rcbts .
Members of the public aged 16 to 65, weighing over 41kg and healthy are eligible to be donate blood. Male donors aged 18 or above can give blood every three months and female donors every four months. Youth aged between 16 and 17 can donate blood every six months.
Love never fails to save lives, please continue giving blood to share the true meaning of Easter!
