The Town Planning Board today (March 19) announced amendments to the approved North Point Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involve the rezoning of a major part of the ex-North Point Estate site from "Residential (Group A)", "Government, Institution or Community" ("G/IC"), "Open Space" and "Road"กจ to "Comprehensive Development Area(3)", the revision of the maximum building height for a "G/IC" site at Mansion Street from one storey to 80 metres above principal datum and other minor zoning amendments.
The draft North Point OZP No. S/H8/23, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters at the North Point and Sha Tin Government Offices, Hong Kong District Planning Office and Eastern District Office.
Any person may submit written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Board on or before May 19. Representations made to the Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft North Point OZP No. S/H8/23 are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed at the Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
