
Red flags lowered at two beaches in Sai Kung District

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (March 17) that since the waters off Clear Water Bay First Beach and Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung District are now suitable for swimming, the red flags have been lowered.
The red flags were hoisted at the beaches after red tides were found.
The department reminds the public that lifeguard services are provided at Clear Water Bay Second Beach year round. Services are suspended at Clear Water Bay First Beach during the winter (November to March).
