Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (March 13):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, Christian Action and Zion Social Service Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
