The Labour Department (LD) invites members of the public to visit an exhibition on the employment of people with disabilities (PWDs) to be held in Taikoo Shing tomorrow (March 4).
The exhibition will feature the comprehensive placement services of the LD's Selective Placement Division (SPD), information about the working ability of PWDs, as well as various employment support programmes for PWDs. To highlight inclusiveness and social partnership, SPD and the Youth Employment Start (Y.E.S.) have collaborated to arrange for graduates of the Y.E.S. photography course to take pictures of PWDs at work so as to showcase the latter's working ability. The photographs taken by the Y.E.S. graduates will be displayed at the exhibition. Related publications and souvenirs will be distributed to visitors.
The exhibition will be held at West Bridge, Cityplaza, 18 Taikoo Shing Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong, from 10.30am to 6.30pm. Admission is free.
