Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 27):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Church of United Brethren in Christ, Social Service Division, The Industrial Evangelistic Fellowship Limited and Fung Kai Public School will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
