The Process Review Panel (PRP) for the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) today (February 26) published its first annual report covering the work of the panel from November 2008 to December 2009.
Panel chairman Mr Edmund Leung Kwong-ho said, "Among the 25 cases completed by the FRC in the first review cycle between July 2007 and December 2008, the PRP has selected five cases for review. The panel was satisfied that the FRC had handled the cases in accordance with its internal procedures.
"We appreciate the support rendered by the FRC to the work of the panel and look forward to their continued co-operation," he said.
