The Town Planning Board today (February 19) announced amendments to the approved Ting Kok Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involved the rezoning of two areas to the east of Ting Kok Village from "Agriculture" and "Green Belt" to "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Spa Resort Hotel", and the rezoning of a site to the north of Ting Kok Village and a site to the west of Lo Tsz Tin Village both for village type development.
The draft Ting Kok OZP No. S/NE-TK/16, incorporating the amendments, is now available for public inspection during office hours at the secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sha Tin, Tai Po and North District Planning Office, the Tai Po District Office and the Tai Po Rural Committee.
Any person may make written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Board on or before April 19. Representations made to the Board will be available for public inspection.

Copies of the draft OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Board's website at www.info.gov.hk/tpb .
