Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (January 30):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Blind Union, Chung Sing Church Limited and Hong Kong Association for Specific Learning Disabilities will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
